Subscription Terms

Who we are. Credit Results is a trading style of Fort Media LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of subscription services offered via Credit Results (the “Subscription”) in the United States.

We operate as a credit broker/loan marketplace, not a lender. The Subscription is provided and billed by a third-party provider, JOJO5 MARKETPLACE LLC (d/b/a “Jojo5 Marketing” and “Web Safe”). Subscription services (e.g., identity/credit tools, member features) are separate from any credit offers presented by third-party lenders/brokers.

1) Third-Party Subscription Provider (Jojo5)

Role & Responsibilities. Jojo5 (or its payment processors) acts as the provider and billing processor for the Subscription. Charges may appear on your statement as “JOJO5 MARKETING” or “WEB SAFE.” Jojo5 manages billing, renewals, and refunds for the Subscription described in these terms.

No Lending. Jojo5 is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Any credit offers you pursue are from third-party lenders/brokers subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

2) Eligibility & Residency

You must be 18 years of age or older and a U.S. resident to purchase a Subscription. You agree to provide accurate, current information and promptly update your contact and billing details.

3) Ordering & Contract Formation

You place an order using the checkout flow on our website. By clicking “Register” (or similar), you confirm your payment information is valid and that, if your order is accepted, you authorize the applicable charges. Your order is accepted—and a binding contract for Subscription services is formed—when a confirmation (“Welcome”) email is sent by us or by Jojo5 (as provider/merchant of record). Neither we nor Jojo5 are obligated to supply the Subscription until that time.

4) Fees, Billing, & Authorization

  1. Verification/Authentication Fee. If shown at checkout, a small verification or authentication fee may be charged shortly after you submit your sign-up and payment details.
  2. Initial Subscription Charge. Your first period’s Subscription fee may be captured or pre-authorized shortly after sign-up, as displayed at checkout.
  3. Recurring Charges (Auto-Renewal). The Subscription automatically renews at the frequency shown at checkout (e.g., monthly or quarterly). You authorize Jojo5 (and its payment processors) to store your payment method and to automatically charge the recurring Subscription fee to that method until you cancel. If a charge fails, Jojo5 may re-attempt the charge at reasonable intervals.
  4. Taxes. Applicable taxes will be added where required by law.
  5. Price Changes. We or Jojo5 will provide advance notice (typically 30 days) before any change to the recurring fee takes effect. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before the new fee applies.

Statement descriptor: Charges may appear as JOJO5 MARKETING or WEB SAFE.

5) Free Trials & Promotions

If your Subscription includes a trial or promotional pricing, we (or Jojo5) will disclose the length of the trial/promo and the rate that will apply afterward at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial/promo ends, your Subscription converts to a paid, automatically renewing plan at the then-current rate.

6) Cancellation & Refunds

6.1 Cancel Any Time (Stops Auto-Renewal)

You can cancel at any time through your account portal (preferred) or by contacting us using the details in Contact Us. Cancellation stops future renewals and charges.

6.2 Satisfaction Window (First Term)

If you cancel within 14 days of the start of your first paid term, Jojo5 will provide a full refund of the Subscription fee you paid for that term, typically to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

6.3 After the Satisfaction Window

If you cancel after the satisfaction window, your Subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period and no further charges will occur. We/Jojo5 generally do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing.

6.4 Renewal Charges Near the Time of Cancellation

Depending on when you cancel relative to your scheduled renewal date, a renewal charge may still occur. If that happens after you submitted a valid cancellation, Jojo5 will refund that renewal charge in full promptly after confirming timing.

State notices: Where required by state auto-renewal laws, we/Jojo5 will provide pre-renewal reminders and ensure a simple online cancellation method.

7) Jojo5’s Right to Cancel

Jojo5 may suspend or cancel your Subscription by notice if: (a) payment is overdue; (b) you provide false or misleading information; (c) misuse, fraud, or abuse is detected; or (d) providing the Subscription would violate law or regulation. Jojo5 may also cancel for convenience with 30 days’ notice; if so, Jojo5 will refund the unused portion of your current paid period.

8) Managing Your Subscription

You can manage billing details, see renewal dates, and cancel via your account portal. Keep your email address and payment information up to date to continue service and to receive renewal and policy notices.

9) Electronic Communications & E-SIGN Consent

By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to receive required notices, disclosures, receipts, and other communications electronically from us and from Jojo5 (as provider/merchant). You may withdraw consent by contacting us, but doing so may limit your ability to use the Subscription.

10) Disclaimers

The Subscription may include access to third-party tools or services. We and Jojo5 do not guarantee approval for any credit product, any particular offer, rate, or outcome. Lenders/brokers are solely responsible for their products, eligibility criteria, and disclosures.

11) Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Subscription, you agree we may share your information with Jojo5 (and its processors) to provide billing and subscription services, and with other service providers, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

12) Changes to These Terms

We/Jojo5 may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively and will be posted with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13) Governing Law & Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts principles. You and we agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in state or federal courts located in Delaware. (Nothing here prevents Jojo5 from enforcing these terms or any related billing obligations in a competent court.)
